1-2-1 Private sessions with Sophie


Sophie offers 1-2-1 Pre and Post Natal sessions, preparing yourself for birth, connecting with your baby and strengthening muscles in preparation for birth or helping to regain your post natal body.

 

Pre-natal - Strengthening areas to help prepare the body for labour, meditations for you and your baby to bond and work together during birth and breathing techniques to manage pain relief.


Post-natal - beginning to introduce gentle exercises, calming relaxation techniques and bringing strength back into the body as it begins to change after the birth of your baby. These sessions can take place with your baby also, if you wish.
